This is done upon presentation of BCA registered Certificate from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm from Mondays to Fridays only (exclude Public Holidays).

1		Sale of the Tender Document All payments must be made at the point of sale of the tender documents. It is non-refundable and shall be in CROSSED cheque made payable to "PowerSeraya Ltd". No cash transaction will be entertained.
2		Submission of Tender Tender offer must reach the PowerSeraya Purchasing & Contracts Department before the closing date/time. Late submission will not be considered. The Company also reserves full right either to reject or accept any or all the tender either part or in full without assigning any reason.
3		Award of contract Successful Tenderer will be notified with a written Letter of Acceptance. All unsuccessful Tenderer(s) will also be notified in writing from us.
