On 10 July 2007, Seraya Energy introduced a first for Singapore’s energy market – SteadyPlus which allows customers to enjoy a fixed price for their monthly electricity bills regardless of their electricity consumption. This product targets consumers who do not want to see fluctuations in their monthly electricity bills that may result from changes in monthly electricity usage or the quarterly revision of electricity tariffs. The difference between the actual and budgeted consumption will be reconciled at the end of the contractual period. Seraya Energy has been able to introduce this unique product largely due to its customised Customer Care and Billing System which provides the flexibility required of such energy products.

To qualify for SteadyPlus, customers must have a minimum electricity consumption of 10,000 kWh per month (monthly bill approximating S$2000) and not more than 300,000 kWh/ month. Terms and conditions apply.
